OLYN offers carefully crafted soap products focused on premium ingredients and fragrance-inspired formulations.

Our products may contain skin-friendly ingredients, plant-based extracts, and fragrance blends selected for performance and sensory experience.

Due to the nature of production, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur between batches. These variations do not affect product quality.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
  • Limit quantities per customer
  • Cancel orders due to fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch or before being marked as out for delivery.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–5 working days across Pakistan.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider.

7. Returns & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not offer returns or refunds once products are delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement provided that:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo or video proof is provided

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

8. Product Usage & Safety

OLYN products are intended for external use only.

We recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially for sensitive skin.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. If you have known skin conditions, consult a professional before use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including branding, product descriptions, images, and design elements are the property of OLYN.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

OLYN is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Once products are delivered in good condition, responsibility for proper usage lies with the customer.
