1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1 Eligible for Return
- Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days.
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for refund or replacement.
- Damaged packaging on delivery should be photographed as proof.
1.2 Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used products
- Returns after 7 days
- Damage due to misuse
- Sale or promotional items unless defective
- Missing original packaging
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Include order details and photos
- Wait 2–3 business days for response
- Follow return instructions
Important: Do not send items without approval.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after inspection.
- Online payments: 5–10 business days
- COD: Bank transfer within 5–7 business days

- Used condition returns
- Partial order returns
4. Damaged Products
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We offer full refund or replacement.

- Unopened products only
